  • Founding Full-Stack Engineer

    Madison, WI or remote (US) · $150,000 to $180,000 plus equity

    Own the journal end to end: Next.js, the data layer, auth, billing, and the care-critical paths. You like small teams, careful code, and shipping weekly.

  • Generative Graphics Engineer

    Madison, WI or remote (US) · $145,000 to $175,000 plus equity

    Push the strata engine further: Canvas and WebGL, noise, print-quality vector output, and performance on a five-year-old phone. A portfolio of generative work matters more than a degree.

  • Applied AI Engineer, Evaluation

    Madison, WI · $155,000 to $185,000 plus equity

    Make reflections kinder and patterns truer. Build evaluation sets with our care lead, compare models, tighten schemas, and keep the crisis screen excellent.

  • Health, dental and vision, fully covered for you
  • Four weeks off, plus the week between the holidays
